This recitation by Allah shows that his eternal tablets don’t exist with Allah, but they are with Muhammad and Muhammad’s magic pen, his scribe. Thus showing Allah is merely Muhammad, boasting. Thus Allah is Muhammad, Muhammad is Allah, Islam is false and Koran is lies and nonsense.

Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed.

Notice that the recitation at other times isn’t witnessed?! Yet, isn’t Allah always a witness, overall?

I think that the witness here, is Jibril, and it refers to the sun rays over the horizon forming Jibril’s 600 wings.
