I have read an article in spanish defending our Blessed Mother that tryes to focus in the verb “ἐγίνωσκεν = egínôsken” of the greek text, instead of the words “ἕως οὗ = heos hou”. I really didn’t fully understood it, because of the grammar; but what I think I understand is that the verb is in a gramatically form that express an action at the moment and nothing else.

If that is so, then I will be able to use this argument as another proof that the verse only tries to show that Isaiah 7: 4 is fullfilled with Christ and nothing more.

Well maybe even, that Saint Joseph understood at that momment, that the Holly Virgin Mary is full with the Holly Spirit. This second is just a guess.

Sorry for my bad english, my mother language is spanish, and hope you can help me. I am just trying to learn more about my faith and teach properly to my daughters and son, so they may love and know better the faith of the Church of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for His glory.
