Let us Worship the Messiah of God and the Head of Muhammad!

Muhammadan stalker Paul Bilal Williams is at it again with his stalking spree of Christian twitter accounts in order to harass Christians with his gross misquotations of Holy Scripture. In this particular instance https://bloggingtheology.net/2016/09/29/let-us-worship-the-god-of-the-messiah/, he stalks Thomas Merton who posted a tweet saying, “Who am I? I am one loved by Christ.” Williams decided to respond by citing a part of a biblical reference from 1 Corinthians 11 without giving the verse number, which has absolutely no connection or relevance whatsoever to Merton’s tweet. Williams’ tweet reads “…and the Head of Christ is God”.

In light of his shameful stalking of Christians and manhandling of God’s Word, Williams leaves me no choice but to again give him a taste of his own medicine.

To begin with, here is what that passage actually says in its entirety:

“But I would have you know that the head of the woman is the man, the head of EVERY man IS CHRIST, and the head of Christ is God.” 1 Corinthians 11:3

This puts Williams in a rather embarrassing situation since the context shows that Jesus is the Head of every human being, meaning that the risen Christ rules over the entire human race as their Sovereign Lord. Seeing that Muhammad was a man this means that Christ is Muhammad’s Head, which therefore places Muhammad beneath the glorious and majestic feet of the Lord Jesus!

Note how this works out logically:

  1. Christ is the Head of every man.
  2. Muhammad was a man.
  3. Therefore, Christ is the Head of Muhammad, which means Muhammad is under the beautiful and blessed feet of the Lord Jesus.

This leads me to my next point. This same blessed Apostle taught elsewhere that true believers are those worship the risen Christ by calling upon his glorious name and invoking him to bestow his spiritual riches and blessings upon the churches:

“To the church of God that is in Corinth, to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, together with all those who in every place call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, both their Lord and ours: Grace to you and peace FROM God our Father AND the Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 1:2-3

The Apostle even concludes his inspired epistle with a curse upon anyone who does not love the Lord Jesus, and a prayer beseeching Christ to come and grant the believers his favor:

“Let anyone be accursed who has no love for the Lord. Our Lord, come! The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you.” 1 Corinthians 16:22-23

Saying that this practice of calling out to the risen Jesus is something remarkable and astonishing is putting it mildly, since the Hebrew Scriptures emphatically insist that believers are to call upon the name of Yahweh and invoke him alone for all their needs and spiritual blessings:

“Abraham planted a tamarisk tree in Beer-sheba, and called there on the name of the Lord, the Everlasting God.” Genesis 21:33

“The Lord spoke to Moses, saying: Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, Thus you shall bless the Israelites: You shall say to them, The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace.” Numbers 6:22-26

“Extol the Lord our God; worship at his footstool. Holy is he! Moses and Aaron were among his priests, Samuel also was among those who called on his name. They cried to the Lord, and he answered them. He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud; they kept his decrees, and the statutes that he gave them.” Psalm 99:5-7

I love the Lord, because he has heard my voice and my supplications. Because he inclined his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live. The snares of death encompassed me; the pangs of Sheol laid hold on me; I suffered distress and anguish. Then I called on the name of the Lord: ‘O Lord, I pray, save my life!’… I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord… I will offer to you a thanksgiving sacrifice and call on the name of the Lord.” Psalm 116:1-4, 13, 17

The Quran itself agrees that only God is to be invoked:

When My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me: Let them also, with a will, Listen to My call, and believe in Me: That they may walk in the right way. S. 2:186 Y. Ali

And your Lord says: “Call on Me; I will answer your (Prayer): but those who are too arrogant to serve Me will surely find themselves in Hell – in humiliation!”… He is the Living (One): There is no god but He: Call upon Him, giving Him sincere devotion. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds! S. 40:60, 65 Y. Ali

That’s not all. Paul further wrote that Christ has been exalted to the highest position and possesses the name that places him far above every name, power, authority etc. in all creation:

“Therefore God also highly exalted him and gave him the name that is ABOVE EVERY NAME, so that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE should bend, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and EVERY TONGUE should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Philippians 2:9-11

“and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power for us who believe, according to the working of his great power. God put this power to work in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, FAR ABOVE ALL rule and authority and power and dominion, and ABOVE EVERY NAME THAT IS NAMED, not only in this age but also in the age to come. And he has put all things under his feet and has made him the head over all things for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.” Ephesians 1:19-23

Astonishingly, the blessed Apostle has not only ascribed to Jesus the very status and name of Yahweh God himself, since Yahweh and his name alone are said to be exalted far above all else,

“Then the Levites, Jeshua, Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabneiah, Sherebiah, Hodiah, Shebaniah, and Pethahiah, said, ‘Stand up and bless the Lord your God from everlasting to everlasting. Blessed be your glorious name, which is exalted ABOVE ALL blessing and praise.’” Nehemiah 9:5

“For you, O Lord, are most high over all the earth; you are exalted FAR ABOVE all gods.” Psalm 97:9

“Let them praise the name of the Lord, for his name ALONE is exalted; his glory is above earth and heaven.” Psalm 148:13

He even went as far as to claim that every creature in existence must, and eventually shall, worship the risen Lord in the exact same manner that Yahweh himself is to be worshiped,

“Declare and present your case; let them take counsel together! Who told this long ago? Who declared it of old? Was it not I, the Lord? There is no other god besides me, a righteous God and a Savior; there is no one besides me. Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other. By myself I have sworn, from my mouth has gone forth in righteousness a word that shall not return: ‘To me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.’” Isaiah 45:21-23

And in the same way that Paul worshiped the Father!

“For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,” Ephesians 3:14-15

Now Paul could only say such things if he truly believed that Jesus Christ was/is Yahweh God in the flesh, which brings me to my final point.

The Apostle also proclaimed that Jesus is the one Lord through whom God the Father created all things:

“yet for us there is one God, the Father, FROM WHOM are ALL THINGS and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, THROUGH WHOM are ALL THINGS and through whom we exist.” 1 Corinthians 8:6

Note the implication of Paul’s inspired words. Since the Father must have existed before all things came into being, Christ must have also existed before all things were made, since the Apostle clearly states that all things came from God THROUGH Christ. This shows that Christ is eternal by nature since he was there with the Father even before all creation was brought into existence.

Moreover, that Paul could say that God created and sustains all things through Christ simply reinforces the fact that he must have believed that Jesus is Yahweh God Incarnate since the OT is crystal clear that Yahweh alone created and sustains all things:

“Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, who formed you in the womb: I am the Lord, who made ALL THINGS, who ALONE stretched out the heavens, who BY MYSELF spread out the earth;” Isaiah 44:24

This shows that for Paul, both the Father and the Son (along with the Holy Spirit) are in fact Yahweh God Almighty.

Hopefully, this will now teach Williams a lesson and caution him from stalking the twitter accounts and/or facebook pages of Christians, and further prevent him from perverting the inspired Scriptures to his shame and humiliation.

With that said, we exhort Williams and everyone else reading this to come together to worship Jesus Christ, God’s beloved Son and Muhammad’s Head and God, since there is no hope of salvation for any one who refuses to do so.
