According to the Muslim sources, Q. 3:61,
Then whoever disputes with you concerning him [‘Iesa (Jesus)] after (all this) knowledge that has come to you, [i.e. ‘Iesa (Jesus)] being a slave of Allah, and having no share in Divinity) say: (O Muhammad) “Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves – then we pray and invoke (sincerely) the Curse of Allah upon those who lie.” Hilali-Khan
Was composed after Muhammad threatened to attack a group of Arabic Christians from Najran if they did not become Muslims or pay jizyah. Upon receiving this threat, the Najrani Christians sent a deputation to consult and debate with him concerning the Person of Jesus Christ.
When they told him that they had already been Muslims long before he had become one, Muhammad accused them of being liars and gave his reasons why:
(… say (unto him): Come! We will summon our sons and your sons…) [3:61]. Abu Sa‘d informed us> ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Muhammad al-Zimjari> Ahmad ibn Ja‘far ibn Malik> ‘Abd Allah ibn Ahmad ibn Hanbal> his father> Husayn> Hammad ibn Salamah> Yunus> al-Hasan who said: “The two monks of Najran came to see the Prophet and he invited them to surrender to Allah. One of them said: ‘We have surrendered to Allah before you’. He said: ‘You lie! Three things prevent you from surrendering to Allah: your prostration before the cross, your claim that Allah has a son and your consumption of wine’. They said: ‘What do you say about Jesus?’ The Prophet did not answer. But then this verse was revealed (This (which) We recite unto thee is a revelation and a wise reminder… Lo! the likeness of Jesus with Allah is as the likeness of Adam) up to Allah’s saying (… say (unto him): Come! We will summon our sons and your sons…). Then the Messenger of Allah challenged them to summon Allah’s curse upon the one who is lying amongst them (Mula‘anah). The Messenger of Allah went and brought al-Hasan, al-Husayn, Fatimah and all his family and children. When the two Christians left, one of them said to the other: ‘Consent to pay the Jizyah and do not agree to summon Allah’s curse on the liar’. They went back and said: ‘We agree to pay the Jizyah and abstain from summoning Allah’s curse on the liar’ ”. ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Hasan al-Hafiz informed us among that which he gave us permission to narrate from him> Abu Hafs ‘Umar ibn Ahmad al-Wa‘iz> ‘Abd Allah ibn Sulayman ibn al-Ash‘ath> Yahya ibn Hatim al-‘Askari> Bishr ibn Mihran> Muhammad ibn Dinar> Dawud ibn Abi Hind> al-Sha‘bi> Jabir ibn ‘Abd Allah who said: “The delegation of the people of Najran came to see the prophet. The deputy chief and the master spoke with the Prophet and he invited them to surrender to Allah. They said: ‘We have surrendered to Him before you’. He said: ‘You lie! And if you wish I will inform you about that which prevents you from surrendering to Allah’. (‘Alī ibn Ahmad al-Wahidi, Asbab al-Nuzul https://www.altafsir.com/Tafasir.asp?tMadhNo=0&tTafsirNo=86&tSoraNo=3&tAyahNo=61&tDisplay=yes&UserProfile=0&LanguageId=2; bold emphasis mine)
They said: ‘Do inform us!’ He said: ‘It is the love of the cross, the consumption of wine and pork’. Then he challenged them to summon Allah’s curse upon the liar amongst them. They promised to come and see him in the evening. The Messenger of Allah went and brought Fatimah, al-Hasan and al-Husayn whose hands he held, then he sent for the two men. But they refused to come and see him and agreed to pay a levied tax. The Prophet said then: ‘By Him Who has sent me with the truth, had they agreed to summon Allah’s curse on the liar, fire would have rained on the valley [where the delegation of Najran had camped]’. Then the following verse was revealed about them ((unto him): Come! We will summon our sons and your sons…)”. Al-Sha‘bi said: “our sons refer to al-Hasan and al-Husayn and our women refers to Fatimah, while ourselves refers to ‘Ali ibn Abi Talib”. (Ibid. https://www.altafsir.com/Tafasir.asp?tMadhNo=0&tTafsirNo=86&tSoraNo=3&tAyahNo=61&tDisplay=yes&Page=2&Size=1&LanguageId=2; bold emphasis mine)
It is narrated on the authority of Al-Azraq Ibn Qays that he said: The bishop of Najran along with Al-‘Aqib came to the Messenger of Allah, to propose them to embrace Islam. They said: “We are Muslims before you (have been sent as a Prophet)”. He said: “You have told a lie. Three things have prevented you from embracing Islam: your claim that Allah Almighty has taken a son [Exalted be Allah far above what they ascribe to Him]; your eating the flesh of swine and your prostration to the idol”.
They said: “Who is the Father of Jesus?” The Messenger of Allah gave no reply till Allah Almighty revealed those Qur’anic Verses.
He invited them to invoke Allah’s curse upon the liar of them but they rejected and accepted to give the Jizyah and then returned home. [Ibn Sa’d in At-Tabaqat] (Jalal Al-Din Al-Suyuti, Reasons and Occasions of Revelation of the Holy Qur’an (Lubab An-Nuqul Fi Asbab An-Nuzul), translated by Dr. Muhammad Mahdi Al-Sharif [Dar Al-Kotob Al-Ilmiyah, Beirut 2015], pp. 74-75; bold emphasis mine)
With the foregoing in perspective, I am now going to use Muhammad’s own criteria to prove that he was the actual liar who was a fake Muslim for doing the very thing he accused the Christians. I.e., Muhammad attributed a spouse and offspring to his god, ate forbidden flesh and sanctioned abominable practices, and venerated an idol.
THE QURAN’S PARENTS
Muhammad taught that the there is a mother of a book which exists alongside Allah, from whom the Quran originates:
God blots out what He will, or He confirms; and with Him is the Mother of the Book. S. 13:39 Palmer
verily, we have made it an Arabic Qur’an; haply ye will have some sense. And it is in the Mother of the Book with us,- high and wise. S. 43:3-4 Palmer
Since the Quran is believed to be the speech of Allah, which originated from him, and since there can be no offspring without a consort per the logic of the Muslim deity,
The inventor of the heavens and the earth! how can He have a son, when He has no female companion, and when He has created everything, and everything He knows? S. 6:101 Palmer
This means that the mother of the book from whom the Quran originates, must be the spouse of Allah, which in turn makes Allah the father of the Quran.
In other words, Muhammad ended up making the Quran the very offspring or son of Allah!
EATING FORBIDDEN MEAT
The Torah of Moses prohibits the consumption of camel meat:
The LORD said to Moses and Aaron, ‘Say to the Israelites: “Of all the animals that live on land, these are the ones you may eat: You may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided and that chews the cud. There are some that only chew the cud or only have a split hoof, but you must not eat them. The camel, though it chews the cud, does not have a split hoof; it is ceremonially unclean for you.”’” Leviticus 11:1-4
“Do not eat any detestable thing. These are the animals you may eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat, the deer, the gazelle, the roe deer, the wild goat, the ibex, the antelope and the mountain sheep. You may eat any animal that has a split hoof divided in two and that chews the cud. However, of those that chew the cud or that have a split hoof completely divided you may not eat the camel, the rabbit or the coney. Although they chew the cud, they do not have a split hoof; they are ceremonially unclean for you.” Deuteronomy 14:3-7
The Torah also forbids certain types of water creatures, specifically those that do not have fins and scales (Cf. Leviticus 11:9-12; Deuteronomy 14:9-10).
Muhammad, on the other hand, permitted his followers to consume and sacrifice camels:
“Of the cattle are some for burden and some for meat: eat what Allah hath provided for you, and follow not the footsteps of Satan: for he is to you and avowed enemy. (Take) eight (head of cattle) in (four) pairs: of sheep a pair, and of goats a pair; say, hath He forbidden the two males, or the two females, or (the young) which the wombs of the two females enclose? Tell me with knowledge if ye are truthful: Of camels a pair, and of oxen a pair; say, hath He forbidden the two males, or the two females, or (the young) which the wombs of the two females enclose? – Were ye present when Allah ordered you such a thing? But who doth more wrong than one who invents a lie against Allah, to lead astray men without knowledge? For Allah guideth not people who do wrong. Say: ‘I find not in the Message received by me by inspiration any (meat) forbidden to be eaten by one who wishes to eat it, unless it be dead meat, or blood poured forth, or the flesh of swine,- for it is an abomination – or, what is impious, (meat) on which a name has been invoked, other than Allah’s’. But (even so), if a person is forced by necessity, without willful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits,- thy Lord is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. For those who followed the Jewish Law, We forbade every (animal) with undivided hoof, and We forbade them that fat of the ox and the sheep, except what adheres to their backs or their entrails, or is mixed up with a bone: this in recompense for their willful disobedience: for We are True (in Our ordinances). If they accuse thee of falsehood, say: “Your Lord is full of mercy all-embracing; but from people in guilt never will His wrath be turned back.” S. 6:142-147
“The sacrificial camels we have made for you as among the signs from Allah: in them is (much) good for you: then pronounce the name of Allah over them as they line up (for sacrifice): when they are down on their sides (after slaughter), eat ye thereof, and feed such as (beg not but) live in contentment, and such as beg with due humility: thus have We made animals subject to you, that ye may be grateful.” S. 22:36
The ahadith concur:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Apostle offered four Rakat of Zuhr prayer at Medina and we were in his company, and two Rakat of the Asr prayer at Dhul-Hulaifa and then passed the night there till it was dawn; then he rode, and when he reached Al-Baida’, he praised and glorified Allah and said Takbir (i.e. Alhamdu-lillah and Subhanallah and Allahu-Akbar). Then he and the people along with him recited Talbiya with the intention of performing Hajj and Umra. When we reached (Mecca) he ordered us to finish the lhram (after performing the Umra) (only those who had no Hadi (animal for sacrifice) with them were asked to do so) till the day of Tarwiya that is 8th Dhul-Hijja when they assumed Ihram for Hajj. The Prophet sacrificed many camels (slaughtering them) with his own hands while standing. While Allah’s Apostle was in Medina he sacrificed two horned rams black and white in color in the Name of Allah.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 26, Number 623 https://www.searchtruth.com/book_display.php?book=26&translator=1&start=0&number=623)
Narrated ‘Ali:
The Prophet sent me to supervise the (slaughtering of) Budn (Hadi camels) and ordered me to distribute their meat, and then he ordered me to distribute their covering sheets and skins. ‘Ali added, “The Prophet ordered me to supervise the slaughtering (of the Budn) and not to give anything (of their bodies) to the butcher as wages for slaughtering.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 26, Number 774 https://www.searchtruth.com/book_display.php?book=26&translator=1&start=0&number=774)
To make matters worse, Muhammad authorized Muslims to eat ALL water creatures!
Lawful to you is all water-game, and what the sea brings forth, as a provision for you [who are settled] as well as for travellers, although you are forbidden to hunt on land while you are in the state of pilgrimage. And be conscious of God, unto whom you shall be gathered. S. 5:96 (Muhammad Asad, The Message of the Qur’an https://www.islamawakened.com/quran/5/st20.htm)
It is He Who has made the sea subject, that ye may eat thereof flesh that is fresh and tender, and that ye may extract therefrom ornaments to wear; and thou seest the ships therein that plough the waves, that ye may seek (thus) of the bounty of Allah and that ye may be grateful. S. 16:14
Imam Malik records:
Yahya related to me from Malik from Safwan ibn Sulaym from Said ibn Salama of the Bani Azraq from al-Mughira ibn Abi Burda of the tribe of Bani Abd ad-Dar that he had heard Abu Hurayra speak about a man who came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said, “Messenger of Allah! We travel by sea and we do not carry much fresh water with us so if we do wudu with it we go thirsty. Can we do wudu with seawater?” The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, replied, “Its water is pure, and its dead creatures are halal.” (Malik’s Muwatta, Book 2, Number 2.3.12 https://sunnah.com/urn/400420)
Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abd ar-Rahman ibn Abi Hurayra asked Abdullah ibn Umar about eating what was cast up by the sea and he forbade him to eat it. Then Abdullah turned and asked for a Qur’an, and read, “The game of the sea and its flesh are halal for you.” Nafi added, “Abdullah ibn Umar sent me to Abdar-Rahman Ibn Abi Hurayra to say that there was no harm in eating it.” (Malik’s Muwatta, Book 25, Number 25.3.9 https://sunnah.com/urn/410840)
Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu’z-Zinad from Abu Salama ibn Abd ar-Rahman that some people from al-Jar came to Marwan ibn al-Hakam and asked him about eating what was cast up by the sea. He said, “There is no harm in eating it.” Marwan said, “Go to Zayd ibn Thabit and Abu Hurayra and ask them about it, then come to me and tell me what they say.” They went to them and asked them, and they both said, “There is no harm in eating it ” They returned to Marwan and told him. Marwan said, “I told you.”
Malik said that there was no harm in eating fish caught by magians, because the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “In the sea’s water is purity, and that which is dead in it is halal.”
Malik said, “If it is eaten when it is dead, there is no harm in who catches it.” (Malik’s Muwatta, Book 25, Number 25.3.12 https://sunnah.com/urn/410870)
Interestingly, certain traditions claim that the Jews during Muhammad’s time objected to his eating meats such as camels, stating that such foods were prohibited even before Moses’ time. Note, for example, the following exposition of Q. 3:93 attributed to Ibn Abbas:
(All food was lawful unto the Children of Israel) all food that is lawful for Muhammad and his community today was lawful for the Children of Israel, the sons of Jacob, (save that which Israel) Jacob (forbade himself) by the way of vows, ((in days) before the Torah was revealed) before the revelation of the Torah to Moses, Jacob forbade himself the meat and milk of camels. When this verse was revealed, the Prophet asked the Jews: “What did Jacob forbid himself of food?” They said: “he did not forbid himself any type of food, and whatever is forbidden for us today, such as the meat of camels and other things, was already forbidden on all prophets, from Adam to Moses. It is only you who make such things lawful.” And they claimed those things were also forbidden in the Torah. Hence Allah said to Muhammad: (Say) to them: (Produce the Torah and read it (unto us)) where they are made forbidden (if ye are truthful) in your claim. But they failed to produce the Torah and knew they were liars since there was nothing in the Torah to substantiate their claim. (Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs online source; bold emphasis mine)
Al-Jalalayn, on this same text, states that:
When the Jews said to the Prophet, ‘You claim that you follow the creed of Abraham, but Abraham did not eat camel’s meat nor drink its milk’, the following was revealed: All food was lawful to the Children of Israel save what Israel, Jacob, forbade for himself, namely, camels: when he was afflicted with sciatica (‘irq al-nasā), he made a vow that if he were cured he would not eat of it again, and so it was forbidden him; before the Torah was revealed, which was after the time of Abraham, as it was not unlawful in his time, as they claimed. Say, to them, ‘Bring the Torah now, and recite it, so that the truth of what you say may become clear, if you are truthful’, in what you say; they were stupified and did not bring it [the Torah]. God, exalted be He, then said: (Tafsir Al-Jalalayn online source; bold emphasis mine)
SANCTIONING AN ABOMINATION
Islamic law stipulates that a man who irrevocably divorces his wife cannot return to her until she first marry and has sex with another man.
The man with whom the divorcee has sex and who then makes her lawful to return to her previous spouse is called muhallil, literally means, “He who makes lawful/permissible.”
The basis for this law is found in the Qur’an:
Divorce is twice; then honourable retention or setting free kindly. It is not lawful for you to take of what you have given them unless the couple fear they may not maintain God’s bounds; if you fear they may not maintain God’s bounds, it is no fault in them for her to redeem herself. Those are God’s bounds; do not transgress them. Whosoever transgresses the bounds of God — those are the evildoers. If he divorces her finally, she shall not be lawful to him after that, until she marries another husband. If he divorces her, then it is no fault in them to return to each other, if they suppose that they will maintain God’s bounds. Those are God’s bounds; He makes them clear unto a people that have knowledge. S. 2:229-230
Muslim tradition specifies that the woman must engage in sexual intercourse with the man before she can return to her former husband:
Yahya related to me from Malik from al-Miswar ibn Rifaa al-Quradhi from az-Zubayr ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn az-Zubayr that Rifaa ibn Simwal divorced his wife, Tamima bint Wahb, in the time of the Messenger of Allah three times. Then she married Abd ar-Rahman ibn az-Zubayr and he turned from her and could not consummate the marriage and so he parted from her. Rifaa wanted to marry her again and it was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah and he forbade him to marry her. He said, “She is not halal for you until she has tasted the sweetness of intercourse.” (Malik’s Muwatta, Book 28, Number 28.7.17 https://sunnah.com/urn/411420)
Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad that A’isha, the wife of the Prophet said when asked whether it was permissible for a man to marry again a wife he had divorced irrevocably if she had married another man who divorced her before consummating the marriage, “Not until she has tasted the sweetness of intercourse.” (Malik’s Muwatta, Book 28, Number 28.7.18 https://sunnah.com/urn/411430)
Noe the use of name Muhallil in the following narration:
Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that when asked whether it was permissible for a man to return to his wife if he had divorced her irrevocably and then another man had married her after him and died before consummating the marriage, al-Qasim ibn Muhammad said, “It is not halal for the first husband to return to her.”
Malik said, about the muhallil, that he could not remain in the marriage until he undertook a new marriage. If he had intercourse with her in that marriage, she had her dowry. (Malik’s Muwatta, Book 28, Number 28.7.19 https://sunnah.com/urn/411440)
There are even reports about some of the harmful consequences that this Islamic regulation caused during Muhammad’s lifetime:
Narrated ‘Ikrima:
Rifa’a divorced his wife whereupon ‘AbdurRahman bin Az-Zubair Al-Qurazi married her. ‘Aisha said that the lady (came), wearing a green veil (and complained to her (Aisha) of her husband and showed her a green spot on her skin caused by beating). It was the habit of ladies to support each other, so when Allah’s Apostle came, ‘Aisha said, “I have not seen any woman suffering as much as the believing women. Look! Her skin is greener than her clothes!” When ‘AbdurRahman heard that his wife had gone to the Prophet, he came with his two sons from another wife. She said, “By Allah! I have done no wrong to him but he is impotent and is as useless to me as this,” holding and showing the fringe of her garment, ‘Abdur-Rahman said, “By Allah, O Allah’s Apostle! She has told a lie! I am very strong and can satisfy her but she is disobedient and wants to go back to Rifa’a.” Allah’s Apostle said, to her, “If that is your intention, then know that it is unlawful for you to remarry Rifa’a unless Abdur-Rahman has had sexual intercourse with you.” Then the Prophet saw two boys with ‘Abdur-Rahman and asked (him), “Are these your sons?” On that ‘AbdurRahman said, “Yes.” The Prophet said, “You claim what you claim (i.e. that he is impotent)? But by Allah, these boys resemble him as a crow resembles a crow.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 72, Number 715 https://www.searchtruth.com/book_display.php?book=72&translator=1&start=0&number=715)
Suffice it to say, the Holy Bible condemns this practice as an abomination:
“If a man marries a woman who becomes displeasing to him because he finds something indecent about her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house, and if after she leaves his house she becomes the wife of another man, and her second husband dislikes her and writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house, or if he dies, then her first husband, who divorced her, is not allowed to marry her again after she has been defiled. That would be detestable in the eyes of the LORD. Do not bring sin upon the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.” Deuteronomy 24:1-4
“God says, ‘If a husband divorces his wife and she goes from him and belongs to another man, will he still return to her? Will not that land be completely polluted? But you are a harlot with many lovers; Yet you turn to Me,’ declares the LORD. Lift up your eyes to the bare heights and see; Where have you not been violated? By the roads you have sat for them Like an Arab in the desert, And you have polluted a land with your harlotry and with your wickedness.” Jeremiah 3:1-2
Hence, Muhammad sanctioned the very thing that the true God of Moses calls a wickedly detestable practice!
It is one of many reasons why the Qur’an and Muhammad’s sunnah could not have originated from the same source as the Holy Bible.

KISSING THE IDOL
The true God of Moses forbids his followers from consecrating and venerating stones like the pagan nations before them:
“You shall have no other gods before Me. You shall not make for yourself any graven idol, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water below the earth. You shall not bow down to them or serve them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation of them who hate Me,” Exodus 20:3-5
“You shall not make for yourselves idols; neither set up a carved image nor a standing stone, nor shall you set up any sculpted stone in your land to bow down to it, for I am the LORD your God.” Leviticus 26:1
And yet Muhammad sanctioned the practice of venerating a black stone, which was worshiped and honored by the pre-Islamic pagan Arabs!
For example, the Islamic sources testify that the pagan Arabs would venerate stones, and believed that the gods/goddesses served as their intercessors:
Now, surely, sincere obedience is due to Allah (alone) and (as for) those who take guardians besides Him, (saying), We do not serve them save that they may make us nearer to Allah, surely Allah will judge between them in that in which they differ; surely Allah does not guide him aright who is a liar, ungrateful. S. 39:3 Shakir
Narrated Abu Raja Al-Utaridi: We used to worship stones, and when we found a better stone than the first one, we would throw the first one and take the latter, but if we could not get a stone then we would collect some earth (i.e. soil) and then bring a sheep and milk that sheep over it, and perform the Tawaf around it. When the month of Rajab came, we used (to stop the military actions), calling this month the iron remover, for we used to remove and throw away the iron parts of every spear and arrow in the month of Rajab. Abu Raja’ added: When the Prophet sent with (Allah’s) Message, I was a boy working as a shepherd of my family camels. When we heard the news about the appearance of the Prophet, we ran to the fire, i.e. to Musailima al-Kadhdhab. (Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 5, Book 59, Number 661 https://www.searchtruth.com/book_display.php?book=59&translator=1&start=0&number=661)
And yet Muhammad taught the same exact thing regarding the black stone, going so far as to teach that it will actually come alive on the day of judgment in order to intercede for all those that had kissed and smothered it!
2944. Sa’d b. Jubairis reported to have said, “I heard Ibn ‘Abbas saying that Allah’s Messenger said, “This Stone must come on the Day of Resurrection and it will have two eyes to see with and a tongue to talk with bearing witness for him who CARASSED IT with Truth (Islam).”

Finally:
It is Sunnah to perform certain acts in tawaf as given below:
Facing the Black Stone at the start of the tawaf while uttering a takbir (Allahu-Akbar), and a tahlil (La ilaha illahlah), and raising one’s hands as they are raised in prayers, and if possible touching it with both hands and kissing it quietly, or placing one’s cheek on it. Otherwise, one may touch it with one’s hand and kiss the hand, or touch it with something, and then kiss it, or if even that is not possible, one may just point to it with a stick, etc. as is mentioned in some of the ahadith given below.
Ibn ‘Umar said: “Allah’s Messenger faced the Black Stone, touched it, and then placed his lips on itand wept for a long time.” ‘Umar also wept for a long time. The Prophet said: ‘O ‘Umar, this is the place where one should shed tears.” (Reported by Al-Hakim, who considers it a sound hadith with a sound chain of authorities)
It is reported by Ibn ‘Abbas that ‘Umar bent down towards the Black Stone and said: “By Allah! I know that you are A MERE STONE, and if I had not seen my beloved Prophet kissing you and touching you I would have never done so.” The Qur’an says: “You have indeed in the Messenger of Allah a beautiful pattern (of conduct).” (Qur’an 33.32) This was reported by Ahmad and others in slightly different words.
Nafi’ said, “I have seen Ibn ‘Umar touching the Black Stone with his hand, and then kissing his hand and saying: ‘Ever since I saw the Prophet doing this, I have never failed to do that.’” (Reported by Bukhari and Muslim)
Sowayd bin Ghaflah said: “I have seen ‘Umar kissing the Black Stone and touching it.” He further said: “I know that the Prophet was especially very particular about it.” (Muslim)
Ibn ‘Umar reported that Allah’s Messenger used to come to Ka’bah, touch the Black Stone and then say: Bismillahi wallahu akbar (In the name of Allah, Allah is the Greatest.)” (Ahmad)
Muslim has reported on the authority of Abu Tufail that he said: “I have seen the Prophet making tawaf around the Ka’bah and touching it with a stick and then kissing the stick.”
Bukhari, Muslim and Abu Daw’ud reported that ‘Umar approached the Black Stone and kissed it. Then he said: “I know that you are A MERE STONE that can neither harm nor do any good. If I had not seen the Prophet kissing you, I would have never kissed you.”
Al-Khatabi said: “This shows that abiding by the Sunnah of the Prophet is binding, regardless of whether or not we understand its reason or the wisdom behind it.”
Such information devolves obligation on all those whom it reaches, even if they may not fully comprehend its significance. It is known, however, that kissing the Black Stone signifies respect for it, recognition of our obligation toward it, and using it as a means of seeking Allah’s blessings. Indeed Allah has preferred some stones over others, as He preferred some countries and cities, days and nights, and months over others. The underlying spirit of all this is unquestioning submission to Allah.
In some ahadith which say that “the Black Stone is Allah’s right hand on earth,” we do find, however, a plausible rationale and justification for this statement. In other words whosoever touches the Black Stone he pledges allegiance to Allah, as it were, by giving his hand into the hand of Allah, just as some followers do pledge their fealty to their kings and masters, by kissing and shaking hands with them.
Al-Muhallib said: “The hadith of ‘Umar refutes the assertions of those who say that ‘The Black Stone is Allah’s right hand on earth wherewith He shakes the hands of His slaves.’” God forbid that we should ascribe any physical organs to Allah [sic]. The commandment to kiss the Black Stone is meant to test and to demonstrate palpably as to who obeys and submits. It may be compared with the command to Iblis to bow to Adam.
We have no definite evidence, however, to believe that any of the stones used in building the Ka’bah originally (by Ibrahim and Isma’il), is still in existence today excepting the Black Stone. (Sayyid Saabiq, Fiqh-Us-Sunnah, Volume 5: Tawaf or Circumambulation around Ka’bah, Number 74b http://www.alim.org/library/hadith/fiq/FQS/5/74; bold, capital and italicized emphasis mine)
To make matters worse, Muhammad actually believed that his god sent down the black stone from paradise white as snow, which then turned black from the sins of all those that worshiped it!

CONCLUDING REMARKS
In this post I showed how the Muslim sources testify that Muhammad did the very thing that he condemned the Christians for doing. I.e., Muhammad attributed a spouse and offspring to his god, ate and sanctioned that which was forbidden and abominable, and personally smothered and commanded his followers to venerate a black stone, which was an idol worshiped by the Arab pagans. As such, Muhammad stands condemned by his very own criteria as an inconsistent hypocrite who was a fake Muslim since he was guilty of what he accused others of doing.
Therefore, if Muslims are going to be honest and faithful to their own traditions, they must accept the fact that their prophet was a dishonest, inconsistent hypocrite. There is simply no way around this fact.
