In this article I will sum up the evidence from both the Hebrew Bible and the [N]ew [T]estament, which shows that Israel’s God eternally exists as a multi-Personal Being, particularly as three divine Persons.
YHWH GOD IS ONE AND THERE IS NONE OTHER
The [O]ld [T]estament is clear that YHWH is the one and only true God, who is the sole Creator and Sustainer of all creation:
“Hear, Israel: Yahweh is our God. Yahweh is one.” Deuteronomy 6:4
“It was shown to you so that you might know that Yahweh is God. There is no one else besides him… Know therefore today, and take it to heart, that Yahweh himself is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath. There is no one else.” Deuteronomy 4:35, 39
“See now that I myself am he. There is no god with me. I kill and I make alive. I wound and I heal. There is no one who can deliver out of my hand.” Deuteronomy 32:39
“You are Yahweh, even you alone. You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their army, the earth and all things that are on it, the seas and all that is in them, and you preserve them all. The army of heaven worships you.” Nehemiah 9:6
“Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers and read it. Then Hezekiah went up to Yahweh’s house, and spread it before Yahweh. Hezekiah prayed to Yahweh, saying, ‘Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, who is enthroned among the cherubim, you are the God, even you alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth. Turn your ear, Yahweh, and hear. Open your eyes, Yahweh, and behold. Hear all of the words of Sennacherib, who has sent to defy the living God. Truly, Yahweh, the kings of Assyria have destroyed all the countries and their land, and have cast their gods into the fire; for they were no gods, but the work of men’s hands, wood and stone; therefore they have destroyed them. Now therefore, Yahweh our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that you are Yahweh, even you only.’” Isaiah 37:14-20
“For Yahweh who created the heavens, the God who formed the earth and made it, who established it and didn’t create it a waste, who formed it to be inhabited says: ‘I am Yahweh. There is no other. I have not spoken in secret, in a place of the land of darkness. I didn’t say to the offspring of Jacob, “Seek me in vain.” I, Yahweh, speak righteousness. I declare things that are right. Assemble yourselves and come. Draw near together, you who have escaped from the nations. Those have no knowledge who carry the wood of their engraved image, and pray to a god that can’t save. Declare and present it. Yes, let them take counsel together. Who has shown this from ancient time? Who has declared it of old? Haven’t I, Yahweh? There is no other God besides me, a just God and a Savior. There is no one besides me. Look to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.’” Isaiah 45:18-22
“Listen to me, O Jacob, and Israel my called: I am he. I am the first. I am also the last. Yes, my hand has laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand has spread out the heavens. when I call to them, they stand up together.” Isaiah 48:12-13
The Christian Scriptures concur:
“How can you believe, who receive glory from one another, and you don’t seek the glory that comes from the only God?” John 5:44
“since indeed there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith, and the uncircumcised through faith.” Romans 3:30
“Now a mediator is not between one, but God is one.” Galatians 3:20
“However at that time, not knowing God, you were in bondage to those who by nature are not gods.” Galatians 4:8
“Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.” 1 Timothy 1:17
“You believe that God is one. You do well. The demons also believe, and shudder.” James 2:19
“The four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes around and within. They have no rest day and night, saying, ‘Holy, holy, holyis the Lord God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is to come!’ When the living creatures give glory, honor, and thanks to him who sits on the throne, to him who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives forever and ever, and throw their crowns before the throne, saying, ‘Worthy are you, our Lord and God, the Holy One, to receive the glory, the honor, and the power, for you created all things, and because of your desire they existed, and were created!’” Revelation 4:8-11
YHWH GOD IS ALSO MORE THAN ONE
At the same time the Hebrew Bible attests that there are multiple divine Persons who exist as the one true God.
For instance, the Holy Spirit is identified as YHWH God:
“Yahweh’s Spirit spoke by me. His word was on my tongue. The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spoke to me, ‘One who rules over men righteously, who rules in the fear of God,’” 2 Samuel 23:2-3
Moreover, the Messianic King is identified as the eternally praised God whose reign is everlasting:
“Your throne, O God (Elohim), is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom. You love righteousness and hate wickedness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of gladness more than Your companions… So the King will greatly desire your beauty; Because He is your Lord (Adonayik), worship Him… I will make Your name to be remembered in all generations; Therefore the people shall praise You forever and ever.” Psalm 45:6-7, 11, 17 NKJV
Amazingly, the coming Davidic Ruler is described in the same way in which the Hebrew Bible depicts YHWH:
“Your Lord (Adonayik) Yahweh, your God who pleads the cause of his people, says, ‘Behold, I have taken out of your hand the cup of staggering, even the bowl of the cup of my wrath. You will not drink it any more.’” Isaiah 51:22
“You, Yahweh, remain forever. Your throne is from generation to generation.” Lamentations 5:19
According to the inspired NT writings, this is a Psalm in which the Father addresses Jesus Christ after his post-resurrection exaltation and heavenly enthronement:
“And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become so much better than the angels, to the extent that He has inherited a more excellent name than they. For to which o f the angels did He ever say, ‘You are My Son, Today I have fathered You’? And again, ‘I will be a Father to Him And He will be a Son to Me’? And when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says, ‘And let all the angels of God worship Him.’… But regarding the Son He says, ‘Your throne, God (ho Theos), is forever and ever, And the scepter of righteousness is the scepter of His kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of joy above Your companions.’” Hebrews 1:3-6, 8-12 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
What makes this quotation all the more remarkable is that the Father ascribes the following Psalm, which magnifies YHWH for being the unchangeable Creator and Sustainer of all creation,
“Hear my prayer, Yahweh! Let my cry come to you… But you, Yahweh, will remain forever; your renown endures to all generations… Of old, you laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the work of your hands. They will perish, but you will endure. Yes, all of them will wear out like a garment. You will change them like a cloak, and they will be changed. But you are the same. Your years will have no end.” Psalm 102:1, 12, 25-27
To the Son, thereby praising Christ as that very YHWH God who became a flesh and blood human being for our redemption!
“But we see him who has been made a little lower than the angels, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that by the grace of God he should taste of death for everyone… Since then the children have shared in flesh and blood, he also himself in the same way partook of the same, that through death he might bring to nothing him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and might deliver all of them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For most certainly, he doesn’t give help to angels, but he gives help to the offspring[a] of Abraham. Therefore he was obligated in all things to be made like his brothers, that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make atonement for the sins of the people. For in that he himself has suffered being tempted, he is able to help those who are tempted.” Hebrews 2:9, 14-18 NASB
No wonder, the blessed Apostle praised Christ as the eternally praised God!
“whose are the fathers, and from whom is the Christ according to the flesh, who is over all, God blessed forever. Amen.” Romans 9:5 NASB
YHWH ON EARTH AND YHWH IN HEAVEN
Moses records the time when YHWH personally appeared on earth to Abraham in the form of a man, and who even ate human food as he was accompanied by two of his messengers:
“Yahweh appeared to him by the oaks of Mamre, as he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day. He lifted up his eyes and looked, and saw that three men stood near him. When he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself to the earth, and said, ‘My lord, if now I have found favor in your sight, please don’t go away from your servant.’ Now let a little water be fetched, wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree.I will get a piece of bread so you can refresh your heart. After that you may go your way, now that you have come to your servant.’ They said, ‘Very well, do as you have said.’ Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah, and said, ‘Quickly prepare three seahs of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes.’Abraham ran to the herd, and fetched a tender and good calf, and gave it to the servant. He hurried to dress it.He took butter, milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them. He stood by them under the tree, and they ate. They asked him, ‘Where is Sarah, your wife?’ He said, ‘There, in the tent.’ He said, ‘I will certainly return to you at about this time next year; and behold, Sarah your wife will have a son.’ Sarah heard in the tent door, which was behind him.Now Abraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in age. Sarah had passed the age of childbearing.Sarah laughed within herself, saying, ‘After I have grown old will I have pleasure, my lord being old also?’ Yahweh said to Abraham, ‘Why did Sarah laugh, saying, “Will I really bear a child when I am old?”Is anything too hard for Yahweh? At the set time I will return to you, when the season comes around, and Sarah will have a son.’Then Sarah denied it, saying, ‘I didn’t laugh,’ for she was afraid. He said, ‘No, but you did laugh.’ The men rose up from there, and looked toward Sodom. Abraham went with them to see them on their way. Yahweh said, ‘Will I hide from Abraham what I do,since Abraham will surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth will be blessed in him?For I have known him, to the end that he may command his children and his household after him, that they may keep the way of Yahweh, to do righteousness and justice; to the end that Yahweh may bring on Abraham that which he has spoken of him. Yahweh said, ‘Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous, I will go down now, and see whether their deeds are as bad as the reports which have come to me. If not, I will know.’ The men turned from there, and went toward Sodom, but Abraham stood yet before Yahweh. Abraham came near, and said, ‘Will you consume the righteous with the wicked? What if there are fifty righteous within the city? Will you consume and not spare the place for the fifty righteous who are in it? May it be far from you to do things like that, to kill the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be like the wicked. May that be far from you. Shouldn’t the Judge of all the earth do right?’ Yahweh said, ‘If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare the whole place for their sake.’ Abraham answered, ‘See now, I have taken it on myself to speak to the Lord, although I am dust and ashes. What if there will lack five of the fifty righteous? Will you destroy all the city for lack of five?’ He said, ‘I will not destroy it if I find forty-five there.’ He spoke to him yet again, and said, ‘What if there are forty found there?’ He said, ‘I will not do it for the forty’s sake.’ He said, “Oh don’t let the Lord be angry, and I will speak. What if there are thirty found there?’ He said, “I will not do it if I find thirty there.’ He said, ‘See now, I have taken it on myself to speak to the Lord. What if there are twenty found there?’ He said, ‘I will not destroy it for the twenty’s sake.’ He said, ‘Oh don’t let the Lord be angry, and I will speak just once more. What if ten are found there?’ He said, ‘I will not destroy it for the ten’s sake.’ Yahweh went his way as soon as he had finished communing with Abraham, and Abraham returned to his place.” Genesis 18:1-33
Moses then goes on to show how this YHWH that was on earth summoned brimstone and fire from the YHWH who was in the heaven to destroy these evil cities:
“And Yahweh rained on Sodom and Gomorrah brimstone and fire from Yahweh out of heaven, and He overthrew those cities, and all the valley, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground. Then his wife, from behind him, looked back, and she became a pillar of salt. Now Abraham arose early in the morning and went to the place where he had stood before Yahweh; and he looked down toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the valley, and he saw, and behold, the smoke of the land went up like the smoke of a furnace. Thus it happened, when God destroyed the cities of the valley, that God remembered Abraham and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when He overthrew the cities in which Lot lived.” Genesis 19:24-29 Legacy Standard Bible (LSB)
We thus have a YHWH on earth in the form of a man and a YHWH in the heavens above!
This helps us appreciate why YHWH refers to Sodom and Gomorrah being overthrown by God in the third person:
“Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, who will not value silver, and as for gold, they will not delight in it. Their bows will dash the young men in pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb. Their eyes will not spare children. Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldeans’ pride, will be like when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.” Isaiah 13:17-19
“‘As when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah and its neighbor cities,’ says Yahweh, ‘so no man will dwell there, neither will any son of man live therein.’” Jeremiah 50:40
“I have overthrown some of you, as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah, and you were like a burning stick plucked out of the fire; yet you haven’t returned to me,’ says Yahweh.” Amos 4:11
Instead of saying “I overthrew,” YHWH chooses to instead speak of the time when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
The reason for this manner of speaking is obvious. It was one divine Person who overthrew these wicked towns by another Divine Person, namely, the YHWH who appeared on earth as a Man destroyed these wicked, immoral places by summoning the YHWH in heaven to rain down brimstone and fire.
YHWH SENDS YHWH
There’s more!
According to the prophet Zechariah, a time will come when YHWH of hosts will send YHWH of hosts to personally live in the midst of Jerusalem in order to gather the nations to himself:
“For Yahweh of Armies says: ‘For honor HE has sent ME to the nations which plundered you; for he who touches you touches the apple of his eye. For, behold, I will shake MY hand over them, and they will be a plunder to those who served them; and you will know that Yahweh of Armies has sent ME. Sing and rejoice, daughter of Zion; for, behold, I come, and I will dwell within you,’ says Yahweh. Many nations shall join themselves to Yahweh in that day, and shall be my people; and I will dwell among you, and you shall know that Yahweh of Armies has sent ME to you.” Zechariah 2:8-11
This will be the day in which Israel will realize that this is the very YHWH whom they had previously pierced through with a sword, and whose blessed feet will touch the Mount of Olives as he comes to reign as King from Jerusalem. And this is the very same YHWH whom YHWH says is the Man that is his equal or next of kin!
“Yahweh also will save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of David’s house and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem not be magnified above Judah. In that day Yahweh will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem. He who is feeble among them at that day will be like David, and David’s house will be like God, like Yahweh’s angel before them. It will happen in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. I will pour on David’s house, and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplication; and they will look TO ME whom they have pierced; and they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for his only son, and will grieve bitterly for him, as one grieves for his firstborn.” Zechariah 12:7-10
“‘Awake, sword, against my shepherd, and against THE MAN who is close to me,’ says Yahweh of Armies. ‘Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered; and I will turn my hand against the little ones. It shall happen that in all the land,’ says Yahweh, ‘two parts in it will be cut off and die; but the third will be left in it. I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will test them like gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will hear them. I will say, “It is my people;” and they will say, “Yahweh is my God.”’” Zechariah 13:7-9
“Behold, a day of Yahweh comes, when your plunder will be divided within you. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city will be taken, the houses rifled, and the women ravished. Half of the city will go out into captivity, and the rest of the people will not be cut off from the city. Then Yahweh will go out and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. HIS FEET will stand in that day on the Mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives will be split in two, from east to west, making a very great valley. Half of the mountain will move toward the north, and half of it toward the south. You shall flee by the valley of my mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach to Azel; yes, you shall flee, just like you fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Yahweh my God will come, and all the holy ones with you… Yahweh will be King over all the earth. In that day Yahweh will be one, and his name one… It will happen that everyone who is left of all the nations that came against Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, Yahweh of Armies, and to keep the feast of booths. It will be, that whoever of all the families of the earth doesn’t go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, Yahweh of Armies, on them there will be no rain.” Zechariah 14:1-5, 9, 16-17
The Christian Scriptures describe Jesus as that very YHWH who was physically pierced through, being the divine Shepherd who would return to the Mount of Olives with his holy ones in order to rule as King over the whole earth:
“And Jesus said to them, ‘You will all fall away, because it is written: “I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered.” But after I am raised, I will go ahead of you to Galilee.’” Mark 14:27-28 NASB
“I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep… I am the good shepherd, and I know My own, and My own know Me, just as the Father knows Me and I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. And I have other sheep that are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will listen to My voice; and they will become one flock, with one shepherd.” John 10:11, 14-16 NASB
“Yet one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out. And he who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true; and he knows that he is telling the truth, so that you also may believe. For these things took place so that the Scripture would be fulfilled: ‘Not a bone of Him shall be broken.’ And again another Scripture says, ‘They will look at Him whom they pierced.’” John 19:34-37 NASB
“And after He had said these things, He was lifted up while they were watching, and a cloud took Him up, out of their sight. And as they were gazing intently into the sky while He was going, then behold, two men in white clothing stood beside them, and they said, ‘Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven.’ Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mountain called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, a Sabbath day’s journey away.” Acts 1:9-12 NASB
“so that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all His saints.” 1 Thessalonians 3:13 NASB
“and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and released us from our sins by His blood—and He made us into a kingdom, priests to His God and Father—to Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen. Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him. So it is to be. Amen. ‘I am the Alpha and the Omega,’ says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.’” Revelation 1:5-8 NASB
THE MIGHTY GOD BECOMES A MALE CHILD
The Hebrew Bible further testifies that the one true Mighty God of Israel will become a human male Child for the express purpose of ruling over David’s throne forever:
“But there shall be no more gloom for her who was in anguish. In the former time, he brought into contempt the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali; but in the latter time he has made it glorious, by the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the nations. The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light. The light has shined on those who lived in the land of the shadow of death… For a child is born to us. A son is given to us; and the government will be on his shoulders. His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, on David’s throne, and on his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from that time on, even forever. The zeal of Yahweh of Armies will perform this.” Isaiah 9:1-2, 6-7
That this Child is the human incarnation of YHWH can be seen from what the prophet goes on to say in the very next chapter:
“It will come to pass in that day that the remnant of Israel, and those who have escaped from the house of Jacob will no more again lean on him who struck them, but shall lean on Yahweh, the Holy One of Israel, in truth. A remnant will return, even the remnant of Jacob, to the mighty God.” Isaiah 10:20-21
YHWH is said to be the one true Mighty God whom Israel was to depend on. And since Isaiah is adamant that YHWH is the one and only God of all the earth,
“Haven’t you known? Haven’t you heard? The everlasting God, Yahweh, the Creator of the ends of the earth, doesn’t faint. He isn’t weary. His understanding is unsearchable.” Isaiah 40:28
“‘You are my witnesses,’ says Yahweh, ‘With my servant whom I have chosen; that you may know and believe me, and understand that I am he. Before me there was no God formed, neither will there be after me. I myself am Yahweh. Besides me, there is no savior.’” Isaiah 43:10-11
“Israel will be saved by Yahweh with an everlasting salvation. You will not be disappointed nor confounded to ages everlasting. For Yahweh who created the heavens, the God who formed the earth and made it, who established it and didn’t create it a waste, who formed it to be inhabited says: ‘I am Yahweh. Look to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.’” Isaiah 45:17-22
Then it is obvious that the Child born is none other YHWH God Almighty that chose to be born as a Man!
The NT attributes this prophecy to Christ, thereby identifying him as the Mighty God who was born from the virgin Mary, being that uniquely begotten Son that God gave for the salvation of the world:
“Now when Jesus heard that John had been taken into custody, He withdrew into Galilee; and leaving Nazareth, He came and settled in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali. This happened so that what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet would be fulfilled: ‘The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, By the way of the sea, on the other side of the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles—The people who were sitting in darkness saw a great Light, And those who were sitting in the land and shadow of death, Upon them a Light dawned.’” Matthew 4:12-16 NASB
“Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city in Galilee named Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the descendants of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. And coming in, he said to her, ‘Greetings, favored one! The Lord is with you.’ But she was very perplexed at this statement, and was pondering what kind of greeting this was. And the angel said to her, ‘Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in your womb and give birth to a son, and you shall name Him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David; and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and His kingdom will have no end.’ But Mary said to the angel, ‘How will this be, since I am a virgin?’ The angel answered and said to her, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; for that reason also the holy Child will be called the Son of God.’” Luke 1:26-35 NASB
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life.” John 3:16 NASB
“But when the fullness of the time came, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law,” Galatians 4:4 NASB
A PLURAL MAKER AND CREATOR
What makes this all the more astonishing is that the OT even goes so far as to employ plural participles in depicting the One God as a plural Creator/Maker. For instance, note what the following texts all say:
“But no one says, ‘Where is God my MAKERS (‘osay), who gives songs in the night,” Job 35:10
‘Osay is the plural masculine participle of ‘asa.
“Remember also thy Creators (boreka) in days of thy youth, While that the evil days come not, Nor the years have arrived, that thou sayest, `I have no pleasure in them.’” Ecclesiastes 12:1 Young’s Literal Translation (YLT)
Bore is the plural masculine participle form of bara.
“Let Israel rejoice in their MAKERS (be’osaw); Let Zion’s children rejoice in their King.” Psalm 149:2
‘Osa is the plural masculine participle form of ‘asa.
“For your MAKERS (‘osayik) is your HUSBANDS (bo’alayik); YHWH of hosts is his name. The Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer. He will be called the God of the whole earth.” Isaiah 54:5
Bo’alay and ‘osay is the plural masculine forms of baal and ‘asa respectively.
Now the Holy Bible attributes the work of creation and preservation to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Cf. Genesis 1:1-2, 26-27; 2:4-7; Job 26:13; 33:4; Psalm 33:6; 104:29-30; John 1:1-4, 10, 14; 5:21, 26, 28-29; 6:63; 10:28; 11:25-26; 14:6; Acts 3:15; 17:24-31; 1 Corinthians 8:6; 2 Corinthians 3:6; 4:6; 1 Timothy 6:13; Ephesians 3:9; Colossians 1:15-17; Hebrews 1:2-3, 10-12; 3:3-4; 11:3; Revelation 3:14; 4:11). This, therefore, accounts for why the inspired writings describe the one true God as the Creators and Makers of all things.
In light of the foregoing, could the divine Scriptures be any clearer that the one true God is a multi-personal Being as opposed to being a singular Person?
